Clifford Dankwa Mpare
Clifford is currently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Frontline Capital Advisors - an investment advisory and consulting firm licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission. He is an experienced investment banker and private equity management consultant with over 25 years’ industry experience.
In 2015, he was appointed to the board of the Ghana Infrastructure Investment Fund (GIIF).He also sits on the boards of Frontline Private Equity, 3K&A Industries Limited, Scanbech Ghana Ltd, Inocon Construction Ltd, Unique Insurance Company and the Ghana Venture Capital Fund.
Clifford is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Mary’s University in Canada and his Master of Business Administration degree from Dalhousie University also in Canada.
He has carved a great reputation as a well-respected investment professional and has been quoted in numerous international business publications, including Fortune, USA Today, Emerging Market Weekly and Black Enterprise.
Stephen is a mentor with over 35 years’ experience in the banking industry. His expertise spans diverse fields including Financial Management, Micro and Macroeconomic Management, Research, Banking Operations and Administration.
Stephen is a turnaround consultant and also specialises in establishing new businesses. He was instrumental in transforming Kantamanto Savings and Loans Ltd into UniCredit Ghana Ltd where he served as Managing Director from 2006 to 2014 before taking helm of affairs at Adom Savings and Loans Limited. He also served on the board of Anum Rural Bank from 1982 until he retired in 2014.
He previously served in various roles at the Bank of Ghana including, Assistant Director at the Banking and Supervision Department, Head of Rural Finance Inspection Department(RFID), Director at the Macroeconomic Management Department and a Director at the Financial Sector Department at the West African Institute for Financial and Economic Management (WAIFEM) from 2001 to 2003. Stephen was also instrumental in the establishment of the ARB Apex Bank. During his work at the Bank of Ghana, Stephen played key roles towards the reform of the banking sector.
Stephen received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Cape Coast in 1971 and obtained his Masters in Economics at the University of Ghana, Legon in 1975. He has attended various training courses, workshops and seminars in Ghana, Italy, USA, Switzerland and Germany.
He currently serves as the Managing Director and oversees the implementation of the company’s strategic direction.
Ken has extensive experience in the banking industry, having acquired various skills in countries including Ghana, Zimbabwe and Malawi. Ken served as a Microfinance Advisor at the Support Program for Enterprise Empowerment and Development (SPEED Ghana) and is currently the Vice President of African Programs for Edify.
He has served in various capacities in the banking and finance industry as Head of Microfinance at Opportunity International Bank of Malawi and Regional Director at Opportunity International Africa.
Ken was the Executive Director at Sinapi Aba Trust (SAT) from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that served in various roles at Merchant Bank Ghana including, Assistant Manager, Assistant Branch Manager and Corporate Account Manager.
Ken received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Ghana, Legon in 1982. He also completed the ACIB (Part II) in 1988.
Ernest Kofi Amoako
Ernest is a banking and finance expert. During his 17 year stint with International Commercial Bank, which is now FBN Bank Ghana, he served in various capacities as Branch Manager, Head of Domestic Banking, Treasury and Trade Finance. He currently serves as a consultant for various institutions in the banking industry.
From 1984 to 1986 he worked with the National Investment Bank in the Audit and Finance departments, and became the Forex Bureau Manager for the Accra Branch of NIB. Prior to his work at NIB, he was a Chartered Accountant at the Oduro Adiyah & Co.
Ernest received his PROF. Level 1 from the Institute of Professional Studies in 1984. He obtained his GCE Advance Level Certificate at the TI Ahamadihya Senior High in 1980 and his GCE Ordinary Level Certificate at Prempeh College in 1978.
Kwesi currently serves as Director, General Operations at Rocksure International Mining & Civil Contractors. He served in various roles at AngloGold Ashanti and became the Managing Director of the Company from 2009-2013.
In 2014, Kwesi served as a Project Manager, Sustainability where he was assisted the new Managing Director in the Sustainability Function in the Care & Maintenance Project for the mine at AngloGold Ashanti – Obuasi Mine.
Kwesi received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from Camborne School of Mines in 1983. He also obtained a certificate in General Management at Harvard Business School in 2014 and holds a Ghana Mine Manager Certificate.
Kwesi is an astute administrator, project manager and business executive and brings on board a wealth of experience in general management, finance and administration.
Mabel has over fifteen(15) years’ hands–on experience in Administration, Strategic planning, preparing budgets, project management, procurement and contract management. She is currently the Director of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation at DVLA.
Mabel served as Head, Customer Care, Traffic and Operations at Intercity STC Coaches Limited in 2003 and later became the acting Marketing Manager. She also worked as a Sales Representative at Mechanical Lloyd Company Limited who was solely responsible for the sale of cars, achieving the agreed sales target and developed plans towards sales target from 1998 to 2000.
Mabel received her Bachelor of Arts in degree from the University of Ghana, Legon in 1989. She obtained her Master’s in Business Administration in 2005 at the same institution and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration in 2001 at Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. She also completed the Institute for Public–Private Partnerships (IP3) in 2011.
From 1996 to 1997 she was an Administrative officer who was in charge of General Administrative duties and served in various roles at M & J Travel and Tours including, Tour Manageress, Research & Development Officer and Front Desk Staff from 1991 to 1995.
Nana B. Addo
Nana is the Managing Director of Jei River Farms Ltd, Ghana. He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Scotland (ICAS) and Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics with over five years’ experience as an external Auditor with PriceWaterHouseCoopers (PWC).
His experience spans from working with diverse industries including banking, funds and investment management companies.
From 2010 to 2012, he served as Senior Audit Associate at PricewaterHouseCoopers (PWC) with a diverse client portfolio, including National Bank of Australia, Miller Homes, Lloyds Banking Group, F&C Investments, Cazenove Capital Management and Ignis.
